There are two ways to trade in your old device for a new one:

In-store Trade-in:

1. Check the Trade-in value and participating stores. You can visiting an iStudio Store.
2. Bring your old iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, Smart Phone or Tablet, along with your ID to the store.
3. A specialist will inspect your device using a quick and accurate application. This will take approximately 10 minutes.
4. The Trade-in value can be used to purchase Apple products and other accessories in the store. It cannot be exchanged for cash.

Online Trade-in

1. Go to the Product page and select what model you would like to purchase and select Trade-in section.
2. Select your device and answer a few questions about its condition.
3. You will receive an initial Trade-in value.
4. Confirm the value and pay for your new device.
5. If you confirm your Trade-in, a customer service representative will contact you to confirm the Trade-in process and arrange shipping.
